Part I: Grow Your Own Nutrition Workshop

$150

Come connect in our seedling room and discover regenerative practices for growing highly nutritious food in your kitchen garden.

We are excited to offer our second annual Grow Your Own Nutrition Workshop Series to provide you with the key practices and mindset to garden responsibly and regeneratively with nature.

This workshop is Part I of the Grow Your Own Nutrition Series.

Workshop Overview:

1. Permaculture Principles: Discover the guiding principles for working with nature and the way you see your garden.

2. Soil Health: Take a deep dive into the world of soil to grasp just how important building healthy living soil is for growing nutrient-rich plants and for the earth. Learn how a plant eats, so you can feed your soil, support beneficial living organisms and improve soil structure and fertility. Plus learn the art of soil blocking!

3. Regenerative Practices: Learn how to mimic mother earth’s natural processes, grow in a way that supports that ecosystem rather than trying to control it, turn waste into food, and create a no-till permanent bed that improves the health of you and your family along with the health of the environment.

4. Design Your Kitchen Garden: Learn the factors that will support you in creating a solid design. Get clear on your vision, goals and succession planning.

Join us in growing in harmony with nature as you grow your garden and the food that nourishes you from your backyard. Sow the seeds for a regenerative future for generations to come.
