Part II: Grow Your Own Nutrition Workshop

$150

Come discover the regenerative practices to incorporate into your garden throughout the seasons.

This workshop is Part II of the Grow Your Own Nutrition Series.

This workshop is focused on sharing the key regenerative actions to take in your garden to build and support your garden’s soil health and ecosystem throughout the year.

Workshop Overview:

1. Garden Sharing: Come ready to share and reflect what worked and didn’t work so well in your garden this year. Connect and learn from each member of our Grow Your Own Nutrition community.

2. Seasonal Regenerative Practices: Discover what actions to take in your garden throughout the seasons: Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter to build and support your garden’s soil health and ecosystem.

3. Soil Amendments: We will discuss and demonstrate the ways to feed the soil the way nature prefers.

4. Composting: We will explore the vermicomposting system we use here on the farmstead. We will also visit our composting site of cold and hot composting methods so you can discover what composting will work best for you.

Join us in growing in harmony with nature as you grow your garden and the food that nourishes you from your backyard. Feed the life in the soil and create a regenerative ecosystem for generations to come.
